The Role:

• As an Assistant Leisure Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the organising the operational running of the leisure club.
• Follow and implement all COSHH, Health & Safety daily task within the leisure club
• Temperature control and pool monitoring task and compliance procedures
• You will assist with team management and training of team members to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• You will manage address business needs, address act upon customer feedback
• Support in achieving all set revenue and sales targets. 
• Able to Supervise and manage in the leisure managers absence
• Experience and committed in supporting personal training activities
• Lifeguard and pool management, monitoring responsibilities
